The American Camp Association offers some excellent professional development trainings (webinars, toolkits, full courses, etc.) online. Many of these are asynchronous and can be completed at your convenience. You do not have to be a member of ACA to take these courses, however the pricing varies dependent on your membership status.

Even if you aren’t a huge camping fan (although I can’t even begin to fathom that) there are plenty of trainings relevant to all areas of the work we do. Working with Parents, Awesome Apps and Cool Tools, and Behavior Management are just a few examples.
