Helping Yourself (and Others) Reframe Conflict

Ahhh conflict!  Personally, I adore conflict…live for it even.  There is nothing I would rather do than have conflict with another human being!

Lies!  To be honest, the first time I had a significant conflict with a volunteer I cried the entire drive home and then searched for jobs which would require no interaction with other humans.  Guess what?  There aren’t many!

The reality is conflict is necessary and healthy.  However, conflict can also be malicious and misguided.  So of course (and you  knew this was coming) the trick isn’t to avoid conflict, but rather- manager or reframe it.
