The club treasurer has the important job of assisting club leaders with taking care of the club’s money, bank accounts, and other financial efforts.
The treasurer prepares a written version of the report before the meeting, including:
•The balance at the beginning of the period
•Income for the period
•Expenses for the period
•Balance at the end of the period
In the meeting, you will hear:
“Now the treasurer will give the treasurer’s report.”
Treasurer: “There is a total of $________ in our club account.”
President: “The treasurer’s report will be filed for audit.” (Tap the gavel 1 time).
That’s it!
